Terms of Service

These terms apply to DuelMe, a website where you challenge other people to short skill games. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use DuelMe.
1. Who can use DuelMe
You must be at least 16 years old. One person, one account. Keep your email account safe — anyone who can open your sign-in emails can use your DuelMe account.
2. Coins are virtual
- Coins are a game score. They have no monetary value and are not money or property.
- Coins cannot be bought, sold, withdrawn, exchanged for anything, or transferred outside the game.
- Every new account gets starting coins. Coins you stake in a duel are held until the duel ends, then paid to the winner or returned.
- We may correct balances that result from bugs, cheating or abuse. Coins disappear when an account is deleted.
3. Fair play
Don't cheat: no bots, scripts, macros, modified clients, multiple accounts to farm rating, or exploiting bugs. Our server decides every result. We may cancel duels, reset results or rating, and suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. Your username
Your username is public (duel invites, leaderboard, profile). Don't pick one that is offensive, impersonates someone, or infringes anyone's rights. We may change or remove it.
5. The service
DuelMe is provided "as is", free of charge. We may change, pause or end features or the whole service at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost coins, rating, or indirect damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
6. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
7. Changes
If we change these terms in an important way, we'll ask you to accept the new version in the app.
